Classes

In-person on Fridays from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the Miles Nadal JCC, 750 Spadina Ave., Toronto, ON.  

• In-person on Saturdays 12:15 pm – 1:15 pm at the AMA Dojo, 41 Main Street, Brampton, ON.Regular classes are held at ErinoakKids and Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital for clients.
